Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most European countries. Available shipping methods and delivery options are displayed during checkout based on the destination and order size.

Order Processing
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
Please note that dispatch times may be longer during public holidays, peak seasons or periods of unusually high demand.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times displayed during checkout are provided by shipping carriers and should be considered indicative rather than guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on:
- destination country;
- package weight and dimensions;
- selected shipping method.
Orders above €100 qualify for free standard shipping where available.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided for most shipments. Customers will receive tracking details by email once the order has been dispatched.
Delays and Force Majeure
Occasionally, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including severe weather conditions, transport disruptions, customs procedures, strikes or public holidays.
While we work closely with our logistics partners to minimise delays, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your shipment arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bugout.eu.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- your order number;
- photographs of the package and damaged items (if applicable);
- a brief description of the issue.
Order Changes
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
Once an order has been dispatched, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.
