• Please note that the return policy does not apply to our pre-prepared bug out bags if the packaging has been damaged or opened due to technical and biological risks. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
