Return Period
Customers may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, complete and in their original condition, including original packaging and accessories.
Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Products
Returns cannot be accepted for:
- products that have been used;
- products damaged after delivery;
- clearance or final sale items;
- emergency kits and pre-packed preparedness systems where sealed packaging has been opened or damaged.
Due to hygiene, food safety and product integrity requirements, certain emergency preparedness products cannot be resold once opened.
