The Gerber Gorge Folding Shovel is a compact and lightweight shovel designed for camping, hiking, backpacking, and other outdoor activities where portability is important. Its push-button slide mechanism allows the handle to collapse quickly for convenient transport and storage.

The shovel features a forged steel head and a glass-filled nylon shaft with a rubberized overgrip, providing a secure hold during use. The shovel head can be folded back to expose a textured base that functions as a hammer for driving tent stakes.

A pointed pick section is also integrated into the head for working with hard-packed ground. The Gorge comes with a nylon drawstring bag for convenient storage and transport.
